As Head of Education at In Good Hands, Weni plays a key role in developing and promoting professional content and skills development. She has extensive experience in the industry—both behind the chair, as an educator, and as a stylist—and has been a key figure in building up Milk_Shake in Norway.
Weni has been a driving force in In Good Hands' journey from start-up to industry player, combining deep professional knowledge with infectious enthusiasm. She has participated in a number of prestigious courses with international artists in Italy and generously shares her expertise through courses, workshops, and major industry events.
Her broad experience, strategic vision, and genuine passion for her profession make her an inspiring leader and a strong professional voice in the hairdressing industry.

With over 15 years of experience as an educator, Alexander Woll is an established name in the hairdressing industry. He has gained recognition both nationally and internationally, and is known for sharing his knowledge through insightful and professionally strong posts on social media.
Alexander has shared the stage with some of the industry's leading artists and has solid experience in developing and executing hair shows. He is skilled in working with models and excels particularly in styling and visual expression.
As an educator, he combines professional expertise, creativity, and execution skills. He is a goal-oriented and solution-oriented professional who always delivers at a high level and inspires both colleagues and audiences through his work.

With 15 years of experience in hairdressing, Kristine has built a strong and versatile career. She has previously worked with several renowned brands in the industry and has also taught hairdressing at Adam og Eva Skole og Akademi. This has made her an engaging and clear communicator who is able to inspire and uplift others.
Kristine har en stor lidenskap for klipp – dette er hennes spesialitet, og hun mestrer alt fra presise klassiske teknikker til mer moderne og kreative uttrykk. Samtidig er hun teknisk dyktig også i både farge og styling, noe som gjør henne til en trygg og stødig educator.
Over the years, she has held major shows and courses, both nationally and internationally, in collaboration with leading brands. Kristine combines professional strength with teaching skills, and is known for delivering teaching and shows with quality, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
